Cassey Ho is our favorite on-line Pilates instructor. In this 30 minute video she takes you through a Pilates workout for beginners.

You will work your abs, your legs, and your arms. Principles such as proper breathing, posture, and form are explained in a very detailed manner, so this is also a great exercise video for people trying to understand Pilates basics.

We highly recommend following her instructions, but stopping if you feel any pain.  The beauty of Pilates is that you can ease into working your entire body.
