In studying nutritional therapy for the eyes I’ve learned a few things about the body and stress. The first thing I’ve learned is that fatigue is in the mind. I’m not talking about tiredness. Tiredness is the feeling you have after prolonged or stressful activity of any kind. I’m talking about the attitude of fatigue. You know, the “I just don’t have the energy for it” kind of attitude. It’s a type of depression.
